  • Yes! I offer massages to people of all ages, fitness levels and conditions. You do not need to be an “athlete” or training to come and get a remedial massage or myotherapy treatment from me.

  • I have a waitlist if you’re having troubles finding an appointment that suits you the best.

    By being added to this list you will get first notification when an appointment becomes available.

  • I have a strict cancellation policy.

    You can find all the T&C’s HERE.

  • Only Myotherapy & Remedial Massage appointments can be claimed back via your health fund.

    At the end of your treatment you will be sent a receipt via email so you can claim directly with your health fund.

    We do not have on the spot claims via HICAPS.

  • There is onsite parking.

    Sometimes the carpark can be full. Feel free to park in other cars if you’re comfortable leaving your keys with the gym staff to move.

    There is street parking but this is paid parking and can be limited.

    Jess has a fantastic understanding of how to put a program together that is targeted to the specific need of each client. In my case, Powerlifting and Triathlons are two very opposite sports nearly impossible to do at the same time and yet, Jess has made it happen, while also increasing my strength after each PWL comp and reducing significantly my overall time in Sprint and Standard distance triathlons!!!
